8:00-8:30 am

Registration/Meet, Greet, Eat and Fit Family Plan

Handout (Includes parent's home workout with photos and Example Fit Family Nutritional Plan)

Also includes water, fruit and a protein shake after the workout. 

8:30-9:00 am

Parents Computerized Body Composition Test (includes a printout of each individuals test results)

Individual test results give each individual their Percent Body Fat, along with Lean Body Weight, and Fat Body Weight.  The test will also let you know your hydration level, along with recommendations on what your composition target should be. 

While Body Composition Tests are being performed the rest of the group will begin a stretching series along with some yoga exercises. 

9:00-9:30 am

We will start with The Family Fun Workout.  This workout will include 10 fun exercises that the whole family can enjoy. 

9:30-10:00 am

Parents 20-minute Home Workout

This routine involves 10 challenging moves that can be done in the Living Room and is perfect for the busy mom that has no time for the gym. 

10:00-11:00 am

Discussion and Q&A Session

Discussion on family nutrition and the Fit Family Plan, Fit Family Food Fundamentals, and The Secrets of Fit and Energized Families

Each family will receive a signed copy of Family Fun and Fitness book by the author.
